Clearing subconscious fears can be challenging as many of us have not learned how to access this part of our psyches. And yet, these deeply seeded subconscious programming influences every aspect of our life and daily expression.
There are lots of ways this can play out in our worlds. We may be very definitive in some aspects of our life and personality, and yet other areas we struggle to stand firmly in our personal power.
At an early age, fear becomes a part of our subconscious. As adults, we may show this unconscious fear as fear of loss, separation, abandonment, or feelings of helplessness. Sometimes it shows itself in feelings of not really being sure of ourselves.
