I am in town just a day or two before I teach at the European Yoga Festival. By the time you are reading this I will already be at the festival and won’t have very good internet access. Therefor I decided to broadcast live from Paris on this gorgeous day!
In today’s Tune-in to YOU Tuesday broadcast, I share a breath that is sure to soothe the soul and awaken the sensations of the nervous system.
It stimulates the vagus nerve through the action of the lips. The vagus nerve participates in speech, breathing, digestion and other bodily functions.
This particular breath will also affect the nervous system if you practice it for at least 3 minutes per day, and can support better and deeper relaxation.
