This week’s Tune-in to YOU Tuesday practice is a bit unsettling and silly as we are working with our tongue.

Did you know that the tongue is the strongest muscle in your body?

It is very rare that we give attention to our tongue, much less give it a workout!

It may start to hurt, but if you keep going past that point with it, you can change the neurons in your own brain! In fact, stretching the tongue out impacts the vagus nerve, one of the most important nerves in your whole body!

It has a very positive effect on the entire nervous system and the glandular system and a very potent effect on the health and regeneration of these systems of your body.

May this practice, soothe you, reconnect you and awaken you to the deepest places within you to remind you of your personal power. Move from this place. I am with you every step of the way!
